Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance, our programs offer a great opportunity to hone your abilities. Building Social Connections: Our programs not only focus on sports but also provide a wonderful platform to build new relationships and rekindle old ones. Join us to enjoy the camaraderie while engaging in your favorite sports activities. Please put sunscreen on before leaving home and supply sunscreen for reapplication during the day. The British weather can be very changeable so please bring a waterproof jacket incase of rain. If there is heavy rain forecast a change of clothing is also advised. Bring your own lunch as food is not provided Please remember NO NUTS We recommend you provide enough food for one morning snack one afternoon snack and lunch. Please remember a water bottle as this can refilled as needed during the day. Please remember weather appropriate clothing including coats and possibly a change of clothing if the forecast is particularly wet.
